Jennifer Brizzi is a writer and editor specializing in cooking, eating and travel. She writes for various publications such as Edible Hudson Valley and Ulster Publishing‘s special sections. She contributed five entries to Savoring Gotham: A Food Lover’s Guide to New York City (Oxford Universtiy Press, 2015) and has been a food columnist for a variety of newspapers since 1997. Brizzi was previously editor of Global Writes, the quarterly online magazine of the International Food, Wine and Travel Writers Association.
She has worked for caterers and restaurants, teaches cooking and healthy eating, does cookbook recipe development and cooking demonstrations at fairs, festivals and farmers markets.
