Jennifer Brizzi is a writer and editor specializing in cooking, eating, and travel. She has been a food columnist since 1997, and for the past three years has penned “Ravenous” for several weekly newspapers in Ulster County, N.Y. She was previously editor of Global Writes, the quarterly online magazine of the International Food, Wine and Travel Writers Association. She is a member of that association, as well as the International Association of Culinary Professionals and the Southern Foodways Alliance.
